A Schedule of Condition is a report specifically aimed at identifying defects with residential properties for property owners or tenants at the beginning or end of their tenancy. The report is presented with text and photographs as evidence of the findings.
This type of report is best suited for home owners or tenants as opposed to a Homebuyer Survey due to its nature being solely the identification of any problems, together with recommendations for their solution and not a valuation.
